Ethos Vegan Kitchen is one of my favorite places in Central Florida to grab a vegan lunch or dinner. Its menu runs the gamut of hearty, homestyle dishes. My favorites include the Coconut Curry Wrap, Buffalo Chickun Wrap, Sheep’s Pie, and, of course, the huge cookies.
