I spent an amazing afternoon playing in chocolate at Winter Park, Florida’s Peterbrooke Chocolatier! Although the locally-owned shop sells chocolate of all kinds, I had my eye on one in particular. The 72% Dark Chocolate, which just happens to also be vegan.
I brought along a few of my favorite snacks including graham crackers, a vegan twinkie, sweet potato chips, and cheese (yes, I know), to dip into the yummy chocolate. I also had my first experience at hand tempering. I was horribly slow at it, but thankfully you get to see the professional do it :).
